Easy weekend breakfast with blueberries and crepes. Creamy fresh cream will pleasure you even more... Enjoy it with your sweety!
Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, melted butter, sugar in a big bowl.
Add flour and mix well with a whisk.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Preheat the pan at medium heat.
Pour about 1/2 cup into a preheated pan, and wait until it forms bubbles on top.
Flip over, and wait for about 20 seconds to move it to a plate.
Spray whipped cream onto the crepe. And then, sprinkle some blueberries on top.
Roll it, and place it on a plate.
Sprinkle some powder sugar to finish.

You can replace blueberry with other berries if you like. Greek yogurt is optional, but it gives a smooth & creamy texture which makes it a much richer taste.
