Shrimp fettuccine with a rich & creamy alfredo sauce - a homemade Italian dish everyone loves.
Boil water in a big pot for the fettuccine.
Cook fettuccine al dente, and set it aside.
TIP - Put the dry fettuccine in the boiling pot right before you move to DIRECTIONs #2.
This way, you'll have your alfredo sauce by the time you have cooked fettuccine al dente.
In a large preheated frying pan, spray cooking spray and lay shrimp sparsely.
Cook 1 minutes each side at medium-high heat.
Remove shrimp, and keep warm.
Add butter and the garlic in the same pan, and cook it for a minute or 2. And then, add milk, heavy cream, and cream cheese stir until it becomes the thicker.
When it gets thicker, add grated parmesan cheese and stir 1-2 minutes.
Place the boiled al dente fettuccine in the sauce and mix well.
Serve with the shrimp on top, and sprinkle some fresh parsley as a final touch.
