Mouth-watering Pork Belly Glazed with Honey Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENT FOR THE BOILING POT
 2 lbs Boneless Pork belly (or 2 long strips)
 1 gal Water (enough to submerge the pork belly)
 1 cup Cooking Rice Wine
 5 Cloves of Garlic
 2 Slices od Ginger
 1 tsp Five Spice Powder
 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
 5 Bay Leaves
 3 Scallions
 1 tsp Sea Salt
INGREDIENT FOR THE SAUCE
 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
 3 tbsp Honey
 3 tbsp Butter or Vegetable Oil
 2 tbsp Sugar
 2 tbsp Grated Garlic
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
 ½ cup Water
DIRECTIONS

In a large pot put all the ingredients for the pot, and boil it for 40 minutes at medium-high.

Turn off the heat, and let it sit in the pot for 20 minutes.

Put the pork belly on a plate, and keep it warm.

Preheat a large frying pan, and grease it with butter or vegetable oil.

Mix in all the ingredients for the sauce, and mix it well.

Stir occasionally until the sauce gets thicker.

Add in the pork belly, and glaze it until it gets cover with the sauce all over.
Do 1-2 minutes on each side.

Slice the pork belly into bite-size, and serve with rice and fresh scallion on the side.
