Super easy Caribbean Chicken is done in less than 30 minutes.
Paper towel dry the chickens.
Make slice marks every inch or so on chicken thighs.
In a large bowl, add the olive oil and chicken. And mix it well, so the chicken thighs are well coated with oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Place the olive oil coated chickens in the bag, and shake it well. Make sure all the meat is well coated with the mixture.
Place the chicken in an air fryer, and spray thoroughly with cooking spray.
Bake the chicken at 370 for 15 minutes.
Flip over the chicken thighs, and spray thoroughly with cooking spray. Bake it for another 10 minutes.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes, and chop the chicken into bite sizes. And garnish it with red bell pepper and jalapeno served with rice.
