  cup Broccoli
 ¼ cup Grape Tomatoes
 ¼ cup Shiitake Mushroom
 1 tbsp Mexican Blend Cheese
 1 pinch SeaSalt

Saute Broccoli, Grape Tomatoes, Shiitake Mushroom lightly, and set it aside.

On low heat fry the egg according to your taste!

On a nice plate, place the eggs and sauteed veges. Sprinkle shredded cheese and sea salt over the plate.
