Crepe Mix
 1 cup Flour
 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 ½ cups Milk
 4 Eggs
 3 tbsp Melted Butter
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping
 1 pt Fresh Blueberry
 1 Whipped Cream
 1 Powder Sugar
DIRECTIONS

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, salt, melted butter, sugar in a big bowl.

Add flour and mix well with a whisk.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat the pan at medium heat.

Pour about 1/2 cup into a preheated pan, and wait until it forms bubbles on top.

Flip over, and wait for about 20 seconds to move it to a plate.

Spray whipped cream onto the crepe. And then, sprinkle some blueberries on top.
Roll it, and place it on a plate.

Sprinkle some powder sugar to finish.
